    Business Administration Apprenticeship Programme

    Responsibilities

    You’ll work with human resource administrators, finance administrators, recruitment planners/consultants, trainers, and quality coaches to perform daily activities ranging from calendar organisation, personnel management, quality assurance and recruitment processing. You will learn data processing, management and storage; working across a wide array of systems and platforms.

     

    Throughout the duration of your apprenticeship, you’ll work as a part of a diverse team that support the business process and experience first-hand the intricacies and complexities managing the business process.

     

     

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

     

     

    • Accurate and timely data entry for eWFM.
    • Effective communication with Conduit and client staff to establish accurate staff data.
    • Assist in setting up new staff details on eWFM.
    • Accurate and timely reporting.
    • Providing credit control support.

    • Preparing and inputting invoices.

    • Shift and break placement in accordance with working time directive.
    • Administer HR-related documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment, leavers' and family friendly information.
    • Managing and updating HR boards with job postings, schedules and lunch & learns.
    • Assist in coordinating Employee Engagement activities.
    • Ensuring call marking is consistent across the business.
    • To assess and input a minimum of three calls per advisor assigned weekly (induction claims accreditation).
    • Working with client training material and training the highest level of competencies.
    • To support all staff in a learning capacity, whether they are new starters or existing staff.

     


    What you would gain:

     

    • 2 years of work experience
    • NVQ in BA Level 2 progressing to Level 3

    Requirements

    Minimum of five GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above (or predicted for August 2018), which should include Maths and English Language. *A grade C or above business would be desirable.
