    Responsibilities

    Job Overview

     

    This position will assist Postpaid / Prepaid customers with general billing questions, product information, payment options, phone activation and first level troubleshooting. The position will require you to use your customer service skills to deescalate customers. Customer Service Representatives performance will be measured by company metric goals.

     

    Depending on your level of experience, you may be selected for our Voice or Chat customer service roles.

     

     

    Job Requirements

    • Must have High School Diploma or GED
    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Schedule flexibility
    • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
    • Ability to work evenings & weekends
    • Some Customer Service experience preferred; not required
    • 6 months of consecutive employment (First job candidates are welcome)
    • Successfully complete our background check
    • Bilingual a plus

    Requirements

    • Ability to type at least 20 words per minute (WPM)
    • Ability to interpret and isolate customer issue
    • Must possess intermediate knowledge of basic PC functions
    • Familiarity with navigating between programs and windows
    • Possess the ability to work independently
    • Works comfortably in referring to aids and materials to research and resolve issues
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to demonstrate clear and articulate written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-disciplined and motivated
    • Ability to multitask, demonstrate initiative and respond proactively to resolve problems
