Conduit Global does not use automated decision making or profiling with regard to staff (both current and past).
RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
If your application is successful through to telephone screening or interview, and you are subsequently not selected for a role, we may store your personal data for a period of 3 years. This enables our HR team to contact you should roles be advertised which meet your skills and experience in the future. If you wish to be removed from our system, please contact email@example.com.
Where you apply, but are not selected for telephone screening or interview, we will retain your data for a period of 12 months should we wish to contact you concerning other positions that may suit your skills and expericence, thereafter we will delete your data.
Right to rectification
You are able to ask Conduit Global to correct any of the personal data we hold on your by contacting our Recruitment Team.
Right to erasure
You have the right to request for us to erase your data in instances where the data is no longer required to be retained for legal/regulatory purposes.
Right to restrict processing
You have the right to request that we restrict processing of your data in instances where the data is not being processed for the service of a live contract between yourself and Conduit Global.
Right to object to processing
If you feel that your personal data is being processed unfairly, you have the right to object to processing by contacting the Data Protection Officer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Right to lodge a complaint

Position: Avaya Specialist Engineer
Reports To: Senior Telecoms Manager- Global Telecoms & Routing

Basic Purpose and Scope:
Are you an experienced Telecoms Engineer with extensive Avaya and Contact Centre experience? This could be the perfect role for you!
Reporting to the Senior Telecoms Manager, the Avaya Specialist Engineer will participate in maintaining, developing and deploying both EU and global engineering designs and solutions. They will ensure reliable and efficient EU & global design and delivery of engineering solutions and performance. The successful candidate for this role should have experience in both the installation and support of the Avaya platform.

Position: Information Security Analyst
Reports To: Director of Technology Operations
Working Hours: Flexibility is required.
Some travel between Milton Keynes, Chatham and our American sites may be required.
Reporting to the Director of Technology Operations, the main responsibility of this role is to support the function of Information Security ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will play a key part in the maintenance and continual improvement of the global ISO27001:2013 certificate. You will undertake General Information Security duties as directed by the Director of Technology but will also be required to be innovative and develop existing procedures.

Position: Customer Service Advisor working in partnership with our Clients British Gas and DYNO.

Due to growth of our business at Conduit Global, we are recruiting Customer Service Advisors who will be taking inbound calls from customers and making outbound calls, these are regarding appointments and not sales calls. You will receive a variety of all call types from queries to complaints and work collaboratively with other teams to ensure you identify and understand the needs of each customer and provide a resolution on the first instance. This is a customer service role where the customer’s experience is up-most important to us.
To be successful in this role you will need to be driven, enjoy working in a fast paced and challenging environment which is replicated within our agile call centre. For this sales through service role, you will have a natural buzz working against KPIs and targets both as an individual and as a team effort.
Position: Healthcare Customer Service Representative

What will I be doing?
When you join us, initially you will be working on The Appointment Line (TAL), you’ll be the first point of contact for patients who are calling to book their first outpatient appointment to a NHS department. However within this role you will also potentially have the opportunity to be up skilled to work on other business contracts which will attract an enhanced pay scale.
Basic Purpose and Scope:
A great opportunity has arisen for Inbound Call Handlers to join Conduit’s busy and dynamic Customer Services Department. We are actively seeking hardworking individuals who enjoy the fast paced environment of a call centre. We need energetic and fun-loving people who share our passion for helping people to become a part of the Conduit family.
You will be the first point of contact on the 111 non-urgent health care telephone line. As a 111 Call Handler, you will prioritise patient calls and address urgent care needs using critical thinking skills and a clinical software programme. In line with business needs you will also be cross-trained onto The Appointment Line service. The purpose of a TAL Call Handler is to receive inbound calls from patients who have received a GP referral and book those patients in for appointments to various NHS sectors.
